”So do not worry about tomorrow; it will have enough worries of its own. There is no need to add to the troubles each day brings”. Matthew 6:34

Are you stressed out today by worrying about what’s coming tomorrow? Maybe it’s a dental appointment or an important presentation at work. Maybe it’s anticipating a doctor’s call regarding the results of a medical test. Maybe it’s the fear of retirement or the end of a relationship.  Today’s stress could even be about something positive such as preparing for vacation, a possible promotion, or working long hours now for a payoff later. But your body was designed to handle only one day at a time. Worry acts like a magnifying glass-everything starts to look bigger than it really is. Putting tomorrow in God’s hands and doing what you can today is the best way to wipe out worry. worry can rob you of your faith. Let it go. and trust God to bring exactly what you need at the moment you need it. This  not easy, so ask God to help you trust Him.
